Welcome to 50 Tabs Open! Today, I’m chatting with Leon Harwood, who’s calling in from Thailand.
We spoke about victim mindsets, masking at a very young age, rumbling with ADHD, fitness, getting off medication, and building real, sustainable habits. This conversation was raw and energizing—like a late-night couch talk with a fellow neurospicy doer.
What a ride his story has been.
Leon was diagnosed as a child growing up in Minnesota. He experienced deep internal and external dissonance. At one point, he felt like a human science experiment—like he was just being observed, not understood.
He was in a really dark place. But slowly…he gave up on giving up.
Now? At 29, he's living his best, thriving life in Thailand. He shares what it looks like at the end of the tunnel—and why clarity, not complacency, is a daily choice.
And me?
I met him somewhere in the middle of that journey.
Diagnosed later in life, but wow—how our paths overlap.
We are so different.
And yet so similar.
Inside this episode, we talk about:
✨ ADHD without meds—and building life systems that actually work
✨ Coping mechanisms that became coping traps
✨ The power of habits and small, repeatable wins
✨ Getting off the couch of complacency—and choosing clarity daily
✨ Fitness, healing, and the truth about self-discipline
We laughed, got real, and shared sparkles of our own spices.
Because between his 50 tabs and mine—there’s a lot to rumble with.
Leon is on a mission to help others conquer life with ADHD—offering his “32 Ways in 32 Days” for free.
