So… This Is Me: An Introduction to My Neurospicy Mind
A deep dive into my AuDHD brain, the chaos and clarity of neurodivergent life, and what it’s like living on spoons, rations, and the occasional chopsticks.
Beginnings are hard. But so is living in a world that doesn’t always understand how your brain works.
I’m Rhalyn—a neurodivergent millennial. Diagnosed with AuDHD. Highly sensitive. Deep thinker. My brain is a mix of:
Forgetting what I was saying mid-sentence.
Feeling everything, all at once.
Living in spoons, rations, or chopsticks—depending on the day.
Some days, I’m overstimulated, exhausted, and just done. Other days, I’m strong. And on some miraculous days, I feel unstoppable.

Why I’m Here?
I started writing here on Substack because I want deeper, more intentional conversations with you. Social media moves fast—posts get buried, thoughts get lost. But here? Here, we can slow down. We can actually talk.
For a long time, I felt trapped inside my own mind. For me, it started with loss. Miscarriages broke me in ways I can’t explain. The thoughts were relentless. The exhaustion was unbearable.
I zone out.
I get tired fast—but sometimes, I get 90 minutes of extreme dopamine and feel unstoppable.
I make jokes when I’m in pain, like it’s a reflex.
Healing didn’t make me perfect.
But it brought me here.
And I’m still here.
